Complete 4 rounds:

45/25 lb Plate
Ground to Overhead 1-Min Max Reps
45/25 lb Overhead Walking Lunges – 1 Min Max Reps
45/25 lb Russian Twist – 1 Min Max Reps
Rest 1 minute

*For Russian Twists, tapping the plate on each side constitutes one rep.
*There is no rest between  exercises, only rounds.
