Battle of the Boxes
WOD 1
4 Rounds of:
500 Meter Row
5-10-15 Meter Sprint
15 Grounds to Overhead with Plate 45/25
One Partner completes a full round and then tags out with next partner.
WOD 2 & 3
Workout 2–
For total points in 2:00:
Deadlift 155/105# – 2 points
Clean 155/105# – 5 points
Snatch 155/105# – 10 points
***One partner works at a time.
***You may choose to complete any of the three lifts, but each is worth different points.
***Both partners will always be on the same side of the bar.
***Partners may complete any number of reps of any combination of movements and can switch as desired.
***You may do squat or power cleans and snatches.

Workout 3–
Starts 1:00 after the conclusion of Workout 2
For total points in 2:00
Pull-up – 2 points
Chest To Bar – 5 points
Bar Muscle Up – 10 points
