185/135 lb Push Jerk – 4 Reps
20 meters KB Farmer’s Carry – 2/1.5 Pood
20 meters Broad Jumps

*For Broad Jumps, cover a 20 meters distance in the fewest number of jumps possible.
*Complete 5 total rounds.
