Warm-up to a set of four at an RPE of 8.
Add 5-10 more lbs. to the bar & complete 7
more sets of 4 reps.
Rest 2:00 between sets

as possible of:
1 DB Burpee Deadlift

Add 1 rep to the DB Burpee DL, 2 reps to the DB Thrusters, & 3 reps to the T2B every round. Rest 2:00 b/t sets & repeat for a TOTAL of THREE sets. Pick up where you left off each time.
