5 Lateral Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20″
Athletes must step down from the top of the box or jump
completely over.
If you fall off, note the minute in which you completed the prescribed
number of reps & continue working the rest of the remaining time as an
amrap.
Scale the weight of the med ball & the height of the box
as needed.
