Intended Stimulus
Try to maintain technique and strength with the Clusters while the legs are under fatigue from the bike and while the heart rate is elevated from the combination of all three movements. Good scores would be pacing at 3:30+ at about 7-10 rounds.
Tips and Strategy
Keep a consistent pace on the Burpees, push hard on the Bike focusing on pushing and pulling on the arms, and saving the legs for the clusters. The goal is to maintain a 4-minute pace.
