What to know for your first CrossFit Teens and Kids class

The CrossFit Teens and Kids is all about sports-inspired moves. Because there is the option to do a lot of running and jumping, cross-training sneakers with padding are ideal. You may feel most comfortable in shorts and a dry-fit shirt that provides plenty of wicking for sweat.

CrossFit Teens and Kids is aerobics, sports and strength combined, incorporating your entire body. If you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level.
