5 Rounds of the following:

Min.1 15 Cal Row
Min.2 30 Shoulder Taps
Min.3 200m Sprint
Min.4 15 Strict Dips (Banded Dips/Box Dips/Tricep Extensions)

*If you can’t do a complete shoulder tap but you can get
your hands off the ground, perform 30 alternating reps.

*If you can’t do a shoulder tap whatsoever, get into a heels against the wall plank & complete 30 reps
