Superset the following:

A) Bench Press 3×10 @ 70-75% of 1 RM, rest 60 secs.

B) 3×10 Strict Pull-ups, rest 60 secs.

*If you can do 10 strict PU unbroken, do 10
strict C2B PU. If you can easily do 10 strict
C2B PU, add weight & perform 10 weighted, strict C2B PU.
