10 Jump to Kip Swings
10 K2E
10 Hip to Bar
10 Jumping BMU
10 BMU Transitions

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 AMRAP:
30 Double-Unders
5 BMU
1 Snatch 95/65

* For RX increase the weight of the barbell by 10 lbs. after every completed round.

*If scaling the AMRAP begin with a weight that you can add to each round while still moving safely

*1:3 DU:Singles
