10 Hollow/Arch Swings on the rings.
10 Hips pops.
10 Hips to ring.
10 Jumping RMU.
10 RMU transitions + dip.
20 AMRAP:
2 Ring Muscle Ups
4 Wall Ball Shots 20/14
8 Cal Row

L2: RMU Transition + Dip
Scale the weight of the med. ball as necessary.
